Pisa: The Leaning Tower (In All Its Glory)

Our front desk reception man in Florence told us that a mere 45 minutes
was all we would need in the town of Pisa.  We laughed and laughed at
his comical statement.  At the end of the day though, he was absolutely
correct.  We lasted about an hour.  The leaning tower was interesting and
MUCH smaller than anticipated (on my part at least).  My initial reaction
to the tower was laughter as we pulled up to the entrance on our bus.  For
some unknown reason I was expecting a structure of gargantuan size. I'm
sure the locals didn't appreciate my giggles and remarks.  Whoops.

Still great though to see it with Mama.  Definitely something to check out if
you're in the neighborhood.  We chilled for a bit, grabbed a bit to eat, and
were off to the airport for our final destination: Paris.

Italy is amazing.
You look SO GOOD, you fit right in with your beautiful surroundings.
Which was your favorite city? Siena is somethin else huh...gosh I love that place. I just love Ponte Vecchio too, I just stood and looked at it forever in awe. Well I can't wait to see you in a month.
